My work is grounded in science, spirituality, and the belief that healing is deeply personal. Chronic pain is often more than physical- it can stem from unspoken emotions and lived experiences. Through mindful movement, we help release what the body holds, easing both pain and emotional strain. When we restore the body, we restore the mind. I integrate mindfulness and the Eight Limbs of Yoga into each session, empowering clients to move with awareness and age gracefully- with strength and compassion. At the heart of each session will always be teaching nuggets and learning of valuable skills to help keep you aligned and well, so that you can continue doing the activities you love for as long as you live.
