Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your appointments are reserved especially for you. It is respectfully requested that you calendar reminders for yourself mindfully. To encourage appropriate use of services, a cancellation policy is in effect that requires a 24-hour window of notice for cancellation or rescheduling your session to avoid the Cancellation/No-Show Fee which is the full amount of the session rate. There is opportunity for resolution if the session can be rescheduled in the same week depending on appointment availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule please notify the instructor your appointment session is scheduled with and confirm the cancellation. Missed sessions can create considerable delays in the provision of care for yourself and inhibit access to care for others in need. Without enough notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment time is lost. I realize that there are times when you must miss an appointment and will always take this into thoughtful consideration. However, please understand that late cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) can have a significant financial impact on a small business. Over time, repeated late cancellations or no-shows can make it challenging to remain sustainable, affecting my ability to continue offering the quality service you expect.
